I cant find a timer like this on android or any timer that will shut my tablet off. Will you please make this an app. I love FC.💟

Always on top feature is not planned for the current release we are working on.But it can be added on future releases.
Animated notification was planned and than declined because of some stability problem.It is planned to be added in future releases,stay tuned.

Add an option to close FC when task is completed
Cool little app, I miss "Stay on top" option like already requested by another user, along with the capability to tell FC to close itself once the task is completed, if this task is either Sleep, Hibernate or Lock...

Good night mode and fading
A question regarding the Good Night Mode settings...
What is the difference between "Wait before beginning volume fade out" and "Fade down volume in" ? What is the purpose of each?
Is there a way to start the fading at a set time before the time set for the main action (shutdown, sleep, hibernate, ...)?
Or start the fading at the same time as the notification?

Hello,
I like your program and was wondering if there was a way to display years instead of days. I like to track ages/birthdays of people/pets and figuring age from days is difficult (my age is 22,634 days?).

Any plans for a cutdown barebones version?
Appears FinalCountdown is an excellent achievement. Just one thing. Did you ever hear the phrase?: "Less is more"
As it is, FinalCountdown is way to busy with too many features and zizwhells for my purposes. Any plans for a cutdown barebones version? Someting along the lines of a simple 2 column list with days remaining and event description? A user definable sound file assignment genercly applicable to all events (again, nothing fancy)?

To be more specific,you mean a version without Anti-Guest Mode,Good Night Mode etc..? Just Tasks and timer ?
If so,It is not planned for now,but to be honest it seems like a good idea.It can be possible after the next major release.

Economy mode waits 30 seconds of inactivity before turning off the screen to prevent frustration while using computer actively.
So it takes 30 seconds in short terms.

Adding more languages is planned but for this to happen we need people who can help us with translations.Now we can only support German,Turkish and English languages.But if anyone volunteers for helping translations,Supporting other languages would be possible as well.

Not a bug
1920X1080 problem Windows 7
Trying to run FC in 1920X1080 Windows 7. Config window does not size and all edges are cut off. Cannot see some of the options to set them. Also, it always starts in Economy mode... and it shuts my vid card down after couple minutes. No way to set this, other than starting it ands then going to notification area, right clicking...etc... want to be able to click this once and have it run minimized for different time periods, and it should be able to do this. But.. the window is all cutoff around the edges in 1920X1080, and it does not size.

Because not having enought information we can only provide basic solutions for this problem.
If you are using Final Countdown 1.0.4.0 or higher try to update it to the latest beta.
If you are using Final Countdown less than 1.0.4.0 try to update it to 1.0.4.0.
If you are using something out of ordinary on your Windows,like customizations etc. it might be the problem.
You can try to change screen resolution and see if the solves problem.
This is all we can advice with the information we have from you.
